Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments: You can request appointments through our website (for new clients) or by contacting us directly (for established clients). Please provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request form.
Cancellations and No Shows: Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. A late arrival, cancellation, or missed appointment creates a gap in the provider's schedule that could have been filled by another client. Therefore, we require a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us directly by email at hello@latchandbloomtherapy.com. Clients who provide less than 24-hour notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $60. Missed appointments without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full respective appointment fee to the card on file.
Payment Terms
Fees: Fees for our services are as listed on our website or as communicated to you. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds: We strive to provide excellent service to our clients. Please note that all sales are final. Once services are rendered or products are purchased, no refunds will be provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
