Infant Feeding and Lactation
I know how personal and important feeding your baby feels and I also know how exhausting and frustrating it can be when it isn’t going well. I’ve seen so many parents start to question themselves, feeling like nothing they do is helping, even when they’re doing everything they can.
You may have expected things to fall into place by now, but instead your baby is crying around the clock, struggling to latch, spitting up often, or fighting tummy time. You might feel like you or your baby aren’t getting enough rest, and the constant stress of feeding challenges can feel like it’s taking over your entire day.
Many families find themselves here, wondering why feeding feels so hard and that’s exactly where I can help. I meet many babies right in that stage where feeding “just isn’t working” and nothing seems to be resolving the way we would have hoped.
As a physical therapist with specialized training in infant feeding and lactation, I take a truly integrative approach. Feeding is a full-body activity, which means challenges are rarely just about the mouth.
Through a comprehensive functional feeding evaluation, I look at all of the interconnected pieces from maternal and family health history to oral motor skills, gross motor development, sensory regulation, cranial molding, and more. This allows me to see the bigger picture and get to the root cause of what’s making feeding feel so hard for you and your baby.
Why Parents Choose This Support
Every family’s feeding journey is unique, and there’s no “one-size-fits-all” solution. My approach combines my clinical expertise and experience with compassionate care so you feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Together, we’ll help your baby feed, move, and feel their best in a way that works for your whole family.
What to Expect
Your first visit is all about listening to your story, understanding your unique feeding journey, and making sure you feel fully supported. We’ll review yours and your baby’s history, and your concerns in detail, then move into a thorough hands-on assessment. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that feels doable for your family and sets you up for long-term success- not just quick fixes.
My goal is that you leave feeling heard, confident, and equipped with clear next steps, rather than overwhelmed. You’ll know exactly how to support your baby between visits, and you’ll always have someone in your corner who understands what you’re going through.
