Welcome, I’m Claire Stone
I’m the founder of Latch and Bloom Infant Therapy, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and most importantly, a mom who gets it. After navigating through my own journey, what matters most to me now is walking alongside other families in theirs.
Every parent I meet comes with their own story: moments of joy, moments of worry, and often, the nagging feeling that something just isn’t quite right. My role is to listen closely, to validate those instincts, and to help uncover what’s really going on for you and your baby.
Over the years, I’ve combined my background in physical therapy with advanced training in infant feeding and lactation, and infant development so I can bring a unique and holistic approach to families like yours. But beyond the credentials and education, what I hope you feel most is that you’re not alone. You have someone in your corner who understands and is here to support you and your baby through these tender early months.

Together, let’s help you and your little one not just survive these early months, but bloom.
When I sit down with you, my first priority is to hear you and your concerns. You know your baby better than anyone, and your instincts matter. My role is to honor that knowledge while bringing in my clinical training and expertise to help piece together what might be going on.
I don’t just look at one symptom or one part of the puzzle. Babies are complex and so are the families who love them. I take a whole-baby, whole-family approach that considers feeding, movement, comfort, and connection together.
What I want most is for you to leave each session feeling more confident, validated, and hopeful.
I get it, these early months can feel so overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we’ll uncover what your baby needs and help your family find more ease in the process.

Infant Feeding and Lactation
Feeding goes far beyond what happens in the mouth, it’s a whole-body experience shaped by many factors. My evaluations look at everything from maternal health, family history, oral motor function and gross motor skills to sensory processing and cranial molding, so you and your baby feel fully supported on your feeding journey.

Infant Physical Therapy and Wellness
Infant physical therapy supports your baby’s development and well-being through age-appropriate, playful activities tailored to their unique and individual needs. Alongside therapeutic play, sessions may also include gentle bodywork techniques like infant massage, myofascial release, and total motion release techniques to help your little one feel their best.
-
Little Blooms Small Group Play Classes
My classes combine gentle movement, sensory play, and purposeful exercises to nurture your baby’s milestones and motor skill development. Families will discover simple, supportive ways to encourage development while bonding with their little one and connecting with others in the same stage of life - how fun!

Prenatal Feeding and Breastfeeding Support
These sessions give moms and families the chance to review their full medical history while learning what to expect, common challenges, and how to prepare with confidence. With both individual and group class options, you’ll feel equipped and reassured as you get ready to begin your feeding journey with your little one.
