Helping babies feed, move, & feel their best.
Infant Physical Therapy, Feeding, and Lactation Support in Northwest Arkansas
You might be feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure if you’re doing things “right.”
Maybe your baby cries often and won’t settle, feeding feels stressful or confusing, or you’re worried about hitting developmental milestones. Perhaps you lie awake at night with endless questions running through your mind, wondering if there’s something you’re missing.
Every family’s story is unique, but many parents reach out when their baby is experiencing things like:
Feeding challenges: painful latch, difficulty staying latched, frequent popping on/off, nipple shield use, clicking sounds, breast or bottle refusal, or concerns about tongue and lip ties
Slow weight gain or constant feeding: long or endless feeds, frustration at the breast, cluster feeding without settling, frequent weight checks
Digestive discomfort: gas, reflux, colic, gulping air while feeding, crying in distress, difficulty pooping or passing gas
Sleep struggles: frequent waking, baby never seeming settled or comfortable, wanting to nurse constantly without rest
Tension or body discomfort: head tilt or head turn preference, clenched fists, stiff shoulders, arching, discomfort with “tummy time” or signs of tightness from birth positioning
Head shape concerns: flat spots or head molding changes after birth
Developmental support: prematurity, multiples, or wanting reassurance about milestones
Seeking holistic guidance: wanting an alternative or complement to medical-only solutions, avoiding unnecessary procedures, or looking for a team-based approach from prenatal support to beyond.
Please know that if any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
At Latch and Bloom, I work with families just like yours to provide guidance, reassurance, and practical strategies, helping you feel confident and supported.

Infant Feeding and Lactation
Feeding goes far beyond what happens in the mouth, it’s a whole-body experience shaped by many factors. My evaluations look at everything from maternal health, family history, oral motor function and gross motor skills to sensory processing and cranial molding, so you and your baby feel fully supported on your feeding journey.

Infant Physical Therapy and Wellness
Infant physical therapy supports your baby’s development and well-being through age-appropriate, playful activities tailored to their unique and individual needs. Alongside therapeutic play, sessions may also include gentle bodywork techniques like infant massage, myofascial release, and total motion release techniques to help your little one feel their best.

I’m so happy you’re here!
Hi! I’m Claire, Physical Therapist and Owner of Latch and Bloom Infant Therapy.
I’ll never forget those early days of parenthood. Yes, there was lots of love and awe but honestly, there was also exhaustion, confusion, and a deep sense of overwhelm. Even though I was surrounded by family and friends, I still somehow felt lost and alone. Knowing something wasn't quite right for myself and for my baby, but not knowing where to turn or who to trust.
As both a parent and a healthcare provider, I never wanted another family to feel uncertain, lost and defeated as I did. So, I dove headfirst into learning everything I could about infant feeding and lactation, and infant development, determined to bridge the gap in care and create the kind of support my baby and I needed.
No parent or caregiver should look back thinking “if only I had known.” Having the right guidance can make all the difference in your baby’s first year.
I can’t wait to meet you and your little one!
